I’ve just downloaded and installed a new piece of software I’ve come across called w.Bloggar (http://www.wbloggar.com) which is basically a windows based blog editor which can be used with all the major blog providers services to update entries from a desktop interface.

The neat thing about working this way (aside from the additional options the editor has in it when compared to say wordpress’s default editor) is that time isn’t lost waiting for pages and tools within a web page to load up.

This is my first w.Bloggar post and i’ll update it if necessary with what I think about the tool as I use it more frequently, but at at the moment it seems like a five star little utility

Well so far so good. I really like this tool and am using at work to add content to our company blog @ www.netbasic.co.uk/blog

One thing I haven’t tried yet however is adding a picture to a blog via w.bloggar, so I think i’ll do that now whilst on my lunch break – if this works you should see an x-ray of Homer Simpson below:

As you can see it all worked fine, this really is a handy piece of software for anyone wanting to blog conveniently from their desktop.
